An intern, and a professor - each with an undying passion for Greek Mythology. When two different worlds collide, hold on for the ride. Sabrina had no idea she would fall for a man with a past and on top of that, a man who is on a temporary assignment at the University. My heart ached for her. Haven't we all fallen for a forbidden fruit at one time or another? I do have to say that once Nikos made his 'surprise appearance' at Sabrina's apartment, things in the boudoir heated up and fast. The sex scenes were steamy ;)
As with short lived whirlwind romances, this one had a little cliffie and I'm hoping like heck the author has a sequel planned? We really need to continue the story of Sabrina and Nikos.
It was also nice to have places referenced to Texas in the story - I love when an author mentions Texas establishment - especially one I've actually been to.

Olympian Passion Olympian Love Volume 1 Andrya Bailey 9781502437754 Books Reviews

I started reading the "Olympian Passion" and got so involved that could not stop reading until the book was over. Its sexual content is expressed in a very decent language which made reading even more exiting and pleasant. Description of delicate scenes and dreams is very truthful and real. It exposes natural instincts and inner wishes of many women (which are usually hidden deep inside) in a delicate way and without any vulgar hint. The "Olympian Passion" was a big surprise as it is totally different than the "Massive Hole", Andrya's first successful debut. Both books show how versatile is Andrya's writing talent. Looking forward to her new surprises.
This is a great read about a young classics student, Sabrina, who is a museum intern and madly in love with her professor Nikos. Nikos is on furlough for a few months and a steamy romance heats up between the two young lovers with Sabrina head over heels in love. The author has done an admirable job in balancing a steamy relationship with romantic interludes. A captivating read with a clever cliff-hanger. Cannot wait for the next one.
I don't normally read romance, but this was great. It seemed to start off slow and I couldn't see where it was going to go, but it pulled me in more and more until I reached the end and realized that I loved the story and didn't want it to end.

Now I need the sequel!
This was an excellent story but I hated the cliffhanger. Unless an author has the stories lined up to publish very quickly this is not something I like. Now I will have to wait PATIENTLY for the sequel. Hopefully she will resolve the ending. She has lots of interesting characters to draw from for further novels. Very solid writing.
I loved this story. It was a big surprise. I was expecting sexy. Instead I got the sexy I was looking for, plus smart, great characters and a well researched book. It is well written and not the usual full-of-typos piece of a story. It is complete and exciting. I can't wait to read the next book.
Olympian Passion is a glorious told story from student Sabrina's POV, whose internship in a museum introduces her to Nikos, a guest speaker who just happens to look like an Olympian God of her wildest dream. Things get steamy quicker than she anticipated as she basically loses control of herself due to fantasy sweeping into reality. I'm not much on hot romance scenes, but these were done in sophisticated fashion.
Both Sabrina and Nikos have issues, thus I sensed their connecting would not go easy or run smooth. Author Bailey did a terrific job refreshing me on Greek Gods, since it's been a while since I indulged in mythology on any level. This was an added treat to me.

Characters seemed vulnerable and real, thusly I cared what happened to each. I wasn't sure what Nikos was up to or whether or not he was trustworthy, so I withheld emotions for him until midway through when he revealed reasons for his aloofness. Still, I'm a bit uncertain about his intentions, but giving him the benefit of any doubts until I learn otherwise.

I felt so much for Sabrina as she wears her heart on her sleeve, opening up and allowing readers into her deepest emotions. I'm thinking Book 2 will offer Nikos POV, and then readers will learn exactly what he has in mind and whether or not he is honorable and deserving of Sabrina.
The Greek archeology was interesting, but OP is solid romance. Something I didn't realize I would enjoy as much as I did.

Kudos for the author for deviating from her norm, and branching into romance in such a way, you feel you've lived some of the experiences. Again, the heroine reveals her innermost feelings, and as a woman, I could certainly relate to her doubts. Often with love comes heartache, but I'm rooting for a happy ending down the line. Time for me to revisit Greek mythology, folks. For you true romantics, this is not to be missed. Enjoy!
I loved this story and the characters reached in and grabbed my heart. At first I wasn't a hundred percent sure I trusted Niko's and wondered what he was up to with Sabrina. She was so taken with him and I just wasn't sure about what he plans were. But wow! talk about sexy. The Author totally made you want to meet this guy. The fact that he looked like and in my mind I could see him just like she did, an Olympian God. He rocked her world and she couldn't stop herself. Not many women could. The biggest problem with this story is it ended. I wanted it to continue and didn't want to put it down. I can't wait for more. Please please hurry.
