Through a door you will see a glimpse of Eden beautiful if you enter. Temptation maybe too much. What would you do if a loved one was sick? The only way you could help. Is if you sold the very thing they held precious to them. What if you were awakened one day in the forest only to find that you're mate. The one you love is really a wolf. This is just some of the story's thought's and poem's that make up this wonderful heartfelt book. I really enjoyed reading this as i started each new page i was taken to a world where anything could happen.
There's a place for this book next to Sylvia Plath on my forever shelf because it's worth it
A wonderful book that touches the heart and soul of the reader.
I fell in love immediately with this book of poems and vignettes, and found it hard to put down. Covering many thoughtful and intimate issues concerning women, from childhood expectations, growing up, marrying and aging parents. Many brought home a desire to rethink personal issues. My favorite poem was "Mirror Mist" It touched me in a way that is hard to put into words. This is probably one of the most insightful books I have read in a very long time, and surely will be reread many times.
I opened this book expecting some poetry to relax with as I ended my evening. As I slipped through the pages, I found myself stopping to read more. Captivated and thrilled, I found that this book was filled with not only poetry but also short tales of life, love, happiness and sorrow. I read and re-read the words Mica Rossi transferred from her heart to the pages. Some caused my heart to stir while others gave me reason to think. Reading this wonderfully luring book will have you smiling, crying and pondering where you are or could be. Mica speaks from her soul directly to your own. This is one you will be glad that you added to your home library. Well written and well received. Thank you Mica Rossi for sharing your sweet secret place with us.
